Deposits: A $100 USD non-refundable deposit is required twenty-four hours prior to all bookings. Payment can be made via Paypal. All deposits are non-refundable with the exception of poor weather or a cancellation on the part of JuJu Tours. In the event of that which may prevent tour activities, the full amount of deposit and any amount paid thereafter shall be returned to customer.
Payments: JuJu Tours Limited accepts US Dollar only. Payments can be made with cash upon pickup, credit card through Paypal (incurs 5% surcharge) or bank deposit via Bank of America. Wire transfers are only accepted if customer chooses to incur transfer fees. International wire transfers are not accepted.
Cancellation Terms: Those who wish to cancel their bookings must do so at least forty-eight hours prior to scheduled tour in order to be eligible for a refund. Please see refund conditions below. JuJu Tours Limited also reserves the right to cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled tour and may, but are not obligated to, substitute another tour operator and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement made on part of JuJu Tours Limited.
Refunds: Customer shall receive a 100% refund if cancellation terms and conditions are complied with. If customer fails to comply with cancellation terms, absolutely no refund shall be due. There is absolutely no refund for no-shows and those who wish to cancel upon start of tour. Customer may apply funds to future booking.
Prices: Prices will not be subject to any hidden surcharge besides 5% PayPal surcharge. Taxes are included. Prices and offers stated on this website are subject to change without notice.
JuJu Tours Non-Liability Disclaimer :
ALL TOURS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
The responsibility of the JuJu Tours, Limited and/or its representatives and/or its agents is limited. JuJu Tours, Limited acts only as an agent for the passenger or tour participants in all matters connected with the tour transportation, hotel & dining services, sightseeing tours and other services.
Upon summoning the services of JuJu Tours, Limited, the customer agrees and understands that participation in all tours and its related activities organized by JuJu Tours, Limited are at the customer's own risk.
WHEREAS all customers must complete or be assisted in completing an Indemnity Form (as per JuJu Tours, Limited's Terms and Conditions) prior to their participation in all tours and its related activities organized and conducted by JuJu Tours, Limited.
The Assumption of All Risks, Release of Liability, Covenant Not to Sue and Indemnity Disclaimer:
In the event that the customer participates in any activity, of whatsoever nature, offered by JuJu Tours, Limited, its principal, any of its employees, representatives, agents, suppliers and/or sub-contractors, then the customer does so at his/her own risk and hereby accept all risks of any nature whatsoever whether reasonable or otherwise that are attendant upon his/her participation in such activity and which are incidental to his/her participation in such activity and the customer further agrees that he/she shall consume alcohol responsibly;
The customer agrees that he/she shall indemnify and hold harmless JuJu Tours, Limited, its principal, its officers, directors, members and employees against any and all demands, claims for bodily injury, harassment, sickness, illness, death, emotional trauma and/or property damage or loss and liabilities including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or caused by his/her negligence or any other acts, however caused as a result of or incidental to his/her participation in any and all tours and its related activities organized or conducted by JuJu Tours, Limited whether or not such bodily injury, harassment, sickness, illness, death, emotional trauma and/or property damage or loss occurred on any of the establishments involved in the activities of JuJu Tours, Limited.
The customer understands that JuJu Tours, Limited shall contract third parties to transport him/her on land by bus or other vehicles to and from his/her residence inclusive of hotel and the establishments involved in any and all tours. Further, the customer understands that JuJu Tours, Limited shall contract third parties to transport him/her on sea by boat to and from each of the establishments involved in any and all tours possessing aquatic nature. The customer also understands that he/she is being transported at his/her own risk and not at the risk of JuJu Tours, Limited, which is acting only as a contractor for the provision of such transportation service. The customer agrees that JuJu Tours, Limited shall not be liable or be responsible for any accident or personal injury sustained or suffered by the customer or for the death of the customer or for any damage or loss to the customer's personal belongings, however caused, while he/she is being transported, or are waiting to be transported by such means of transportation. The customer shall release JuJu Tours, Limited, its principal, its officers, directors, members and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, actions or causes of action on account of or arising from any of the foregoing matters, including such action that may be taken by JuJu Tours, Limited, its principal, its officers, directors, members and employees subsequent to any accident or incident in which personal injury, death, damage or loss to the customer's personal belongings has occurred.
The customer agrees that at all times when he/she is on any and all tours being given by JuJu Tours, Limited or participating in an activity related to or incidental to any and all tours being organized by JuJu Tours, Limited Company and its principal, the customer shall at all times observe and comply with any and all policies, procedures, rules, regulations and special instructions given by or on the part of JuJu Tours, Limited or its agents and he/she agrees to waive any and all claims, demands of any nature whatsoever however arising and which may come into existence after the date of he/she reads this liability disclaimer and/or signing the said waiver form against JuJu Tours, Limited and its principal, its officers, directors, members and employees in regard to any or all damages and/ or loss that he/she may suffer as a consequence of not complying with or following the said policies, procedures, rules, regulations and special instructions given by or on the behalf of JuJu Tours, Limited or its agents.
That the customer will indemnify JuJu Tours, Limited its principal, its employees, officers, directors and members against any claim for damage and/or loss suffered by the customer as a result of the utilization by the customer of any products or items whether or not such products or items are supplied to the customer by the JuJu Tours, Limited, its principal, its employees, officers, directors and members during customer's participation in any and all tours and/ or any related activities offered by JuJu Tours, Limited.
The customer agrees that the JuJu Tours, Limited, its officers, directors, agents, members and employees expressly reserve the right to stop the activities and require that the guest leave the establishment (give that he/she are provided with authorized means of transportation back to residence) if the principal of the Company, its agents, employees, officers, directors and members determine in their sole discretion that the activities of the guests or customers are not being conducted in a safe manner or if they are not consuming alcohol responsibly or if the rules in Appendix A or other instructions of or on the behalf of the Company or its Agents are not being followed or are not being complied with and the customer hereby indemnifies the Company, its principal, its employees, officers, directors and members against any claim for damage and/or loss suffered by the customer as a result of not following or complying with such directions, instructions and rules.
The customer agrees that he/she shall be solely responsible for any alteration, harm, damages incidental or otherwise to any venues and any means of transportation inclusive of but not limited to a bus and boat taking him/her to and from any and all tours offered by JuJu Tours, Limited and to any or all the establishments that he/she participates in while on any and all tours offered and organized by JuJu Tours, Limited and shall solely compensate the owner of such venue and such means of transportation fully in the event that such alteration, harm or damage to such establishments and /or means of transportation, is caused by his/her failure to comply with the provisions of this liability disclaimer and/or waiver from, Appendix A, any and/or all of the documents presented to him/her by JuJu Tours, Limited, its employees, representatives, agents, suppliers and/or sub-contractors and/ caused by any negligent or intentional act of error or omission of the customer.
This liability disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica and may not be modified, amended, changed, waived or discharged except by an instrument in writing signed by all the parties thereof.
This liability disclaimer contains the full and complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understanding pertaining thereof and cannot be modified except in writing and signed by each party.
In purchasing a JuJu Tours, Limited service online, the customer acknowledges and represents that he/she read the foregoing terms of this liability disclaimer and its Appendix, understands and agrees to it voluntarily as his/her own free act and deed. The customer is at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent, or otherwise has parental consent, signed in writing, to participate in any and all tours offered by JuJu Tours, Limited.
JuJu Tours, Limited Tour Rules and Regulations
1. The Customers shall drink responsibly and high consumption of alcohol or consumption of alcohol leading to intoxication and/or alcohol poisoning amongst customers is prohibited. Intoxicated customers will be asked to leave the tour given that they are provided with the necessary arranged transportation back to their hotel (by authorized transportation contracted by JuJu Tours, Limited and its principal).
2. Customers are prohibited from leaving the tour or any of the tour establishments without notifying tour guides and any customers who do so shall do so at their own risk.
3. It is not advised that customers leave any of the tour establishments without all the other group members or without the permission of JuJu Tours, Limited, agent or employees and in the event of such, it is solely at their own risk.
4. It is not advised that customers opt for their own transportation but shall use transportation arranged by or contracted by JuJu Tours, Limited. In the event that the customers opt for their own transportation, they do so at their own risk.
5. Customers must meet at arranged place and time at the end of tour. It is not advised that they remain on the tour premises without rest of group. If this occurs then it is at the customers' own risk.
6. Customers may not purchase or engage in the use of narcotics or prostitution or other illegal or unlawful activities while on tour and JuJu Tours, Limited shall not be liable for the effects of such illegal or unlawful activities and the customers who engage in such activities do so at their own risk.
7. The customers shall not engage in any form of fighting, prejudice, harassment or disrespectful behavior to fellow customers, contractors, sub-contractors, vendors or patrons and officers, directors, members, agents or employees of JuJu Tours, Limited. Those who engage in such will be asked to leave given they are provided with the necessary transportation back to their hotels by authorized transportation contracted or arranged by JuJu Tours, Limited.
8. JuJu Tours, Limited, its principal, officers, director, members and employees agrees with the customers that it shall verbally reiterate the rules of the tour to the patrons prior to the commencement of the tour.
